The second step is Research It!
Children will carry out market research, guided by example questions to find out what their customers think of their product or service.
Conducting market research gives insight to the business idea and who their customers will be. Children will find out if people will purchase their product or service and if it needs to be improved or changed at an early stage of the business, developing their communication and problem-solving skills.
The research must be completed under teacher, parent or carer supervision, and can be conducted in person or via telephone or email with people children know.
